As well as the optional Guarantee (see below) we give the following Guarantee for all our installations:

  • All PVC carries a guarantee from discolouration, the time will vary.
  • All working parts hinges locks etc are guaranteed for 10 years provided a once a year maintenance check is carried out by the customer. Customers will be advised following installation.
  • As part of our service commitment we endeavour to respond to any snags or remedial work within 24 hours.
