On this installation we worked with a local house builder as part as a new build bungalow project. All windows and doors were designed to meet all building planning requirements including:

Low threshers on all doors for wheelchair access
Trickle Vents to all windows
Night Vent strikers
Egress hinges (Fire escape) where appropriate

We also constructed a small lean-to type conservatory at the rear of one of the bungalows.
